The process for changing over dispensers

  • 1. Nine Group works closely with you (the client) to carry out an initial survey at all sites to count all dispensers and map out where they are and need to be located.
  • 2. Nine Group would then plan the installation roll out across all sites with consideration for your timings and schedules.
  • 3. We would remove and recycle the old dispensers, replacing with new dispensers where necessary. The area would be made excellent – providing a great service and making the hand hygiene points look fantastic. These would be installed by our engineers to ensure a premium job is carried out, no 3rd party companies. We see this is as critical and the job would be inspected by senior management throughout the installation roll out to make sure you are happy with the progress and the overall project. We have seen too many times before; where hospitals have been burnt, through the job not being done professionally and left in a mess.
  • 4. We can also provide bespoke signage to go above or around the dispenser – again working with you (the client) to provide what you require.
  • 5. Once the installation has been completed, we will ensure you (the client) are fully happy with the job before signing off.
  • 6. Any training required can be provided throughout the installation and or after.
  • 7. We go live.
