Cleaning in an efficient and professional way

The quality that distinguishes the TTS equipment derives first of all from a direct experience gained in the field and from the analysis of the needs related to the different sectors of use, aware that a clean, well-groomed environment with high standards of hygiene promotes the health and well-being of people.

Cost-efficient cleaning: an economic, environmental and welfare goal for the operators

Professionalism and efficiency in cleaning operations means elimination of waste of: water, cleaning solution, operator’s time, energy and strain of the operator. These optimizations lead to considerable advantages, first and foremost for operators who will perform their tasks quickly and without fatigue, improving their well-being and consequently also their propensity to work. TTS is always busy in designing high quality systems ensuring more efficient, hygienic and eco-sustainable cleaning processes for all operators!

Cleaning that takes care of the environment
Reducing production and transport emissions, using recycled raw materials and production processes free of harmful substances are just some of the steps that can be taken to reduce the environmental impacts of cleaning.
Similarly, designing products that reduce the waste of resources such as water, chemicals and energy also reduces impact and running costs. TTS is committed every day to create solutions that make cleaning more effective and efficient, without damaging environment and health.

Recycled Plastic
Environmental responsibility has always influenced TTS’s choices, also with regard to raw materials: TTS products feature components made of recycled plastic, certified Second Life Plastic (PSV) by the Institute for the Promotion of Recycling Plastics (IPPR).
Unlike simple self-declarations, PSV certification applies the international ISO 14021 regulation for calculating recycled content, ensuring the quality of recycled plastics and their traceability according to EN 15343. In addition, it involves periodic surveillance by the Certification Authority to ensure compliance over time with the requirements or the maintenance of the mark.

Reducing the Risk of Cross-Contamination

The basic principle to keep in mind is that dirt collected in one area must never come into contact with other areas.

A simple but fundamental rule is to use a separate clean cloth or mop for each individual area or surface to be cleaned: the systems that make this good practice possible are widely referred to as pre-soaking, on-demand soaking and disposable systems.

Equally important, touch-free tool systems are ideal for combating cross-contamination risk because they allow the disposal of dirty cloths and mops without touching them.

Following strict procedures where cloths, mops and tools are colour-coded in accordance with national guidelines provides additional risk protection: this simple but highly effective colour coding scheme ensures safe working practise – the primary principle being that a colour corresponds to a designated zone or functional area based on its specified degree of infection risk (Example: RED cloths, mops and tools - to be used only in Bathrooms).
Touch-free Systems
TTS has designed and built highly hygienic systems to avoid any kind of contact between hands and dirt.
The latest innovation developed by TTS with the aim of maximising hygiene and ensuring cross-contamination control is Pockety, a unique touch-free system that allows mops to be disposed of without touching dirt, viruses and bacteria.
