We are open 5 days a week, Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
You can pay us on-line via pay-pal and debit or credit card. Please contact us if you have any questions or wish to set up an on-line account and wish to pay via bank transfer.
A member of our customer care department will contact you to advise on a delivery date, potentially offer an alternative or offer a full refund.
If you decide you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling us on 01726 813979 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. If your order has already been shipped please refer to our returns policy.
If unfortunately you are not at your delivery address when delivery is attempted the driver will leave a card stating that delivery has been attempted and a second delivery will be attempted on the following working day. If you are again not at your delivery address when delivery is attempted a further card will be left with instructions on how to collect your delivery.

In the UK – all orders over £50 will be free of delivery charge.
All order below £50 – will be subject to a £10.95 delivery fee.

The delivery and postage charge for orders to be delivered outside the United Kingdom will be confirmed by email shortly after we receive your order. Delivery charges are charged at cost and are specific for each order as they are calculated based on weight and volume.

If you request a part-shipment you will not incur any extra carriage charges.
